The Mountain Primal Hanger Steak is a member of the flat steak family. Due to the good amount of marbling that naturally comes with this butcher's favorite cut, it bursts with rich flavor. Though you may not need it, Hanger Steak is typically marinated before cooking, which, combined with its natural flavor, only enhances for a juicy and tender steak experience you'll come back for.
Each cut is individually wrapped in approximately .5-.8 lb. packages.
