The Perfect Pork Chops
Ever wonder how to make the perfect pork chop without drying it out? Ever over or undercook your chops?
Want your pork chops evenly cooked inside with a crispy grilled outside?
Here's the secret...it DOESN'T start in the pan or on the grill...
STEP 1: Allow Pork Chops to come to room temperature (68-72°).
STEP 2: Add your favorite seasonings on both sides.
STEP 3: Grill pork chops at 400° for 8 minutes on each side and add butter for additional moisture and flavor
STEP 4: Pull chops and have skillet ready for the sear.
STEP 5: Butter skillet and heat it up to medium/high heat.
STEP 6: Sear pork chops for 1 minute on each side.
STEP 7: Pull pork chops and let rest for 5-10 minutes (if you can).
STEP 8: Pour on the Mountain Primal BBQ Sauce and ENJOY!
